The main fluoroquinolones used in the USA include generics along with the name brand  - levofloxacin (Levaquin -  was taken off market), ciprofloxacin (Cipro), ciprofloxacin extended-release tablets, moxifloxacin (Avelox), ofloxacin, gemifloxacin (Factive), delafloxacin (Baxdela), norfloxacin and Quinsair.
